It's my first day!

So move in. Mom, dad and I all drove up in burg with what I thought was a ton of stuff. Then after driving for three hours we arrived at campus only to wait in a line for twenty minutes.

But no worries! Because I got out of the truck and walked up to get my keys. Then when we all pulled up mom and dad helped me unload my stuff on the curb and they pulled away...... to find a place to park.

Once we got all of my stuff into my room, mom and dad left while I got organized. Then once I was in and settled we all sat down to fight with setting up my router for a good hour. I am pretty sure my mother had a small nap in the middle of all that.

Afterwards the rents left after a couple of hugs. Then it was just me and the roommate who soon after became extremely talkative and pleasant. So we hung out and met some new friends and roamed the campus.

At 5 we had our "community meeting" which means that the residence assistant groups us all together and we talk about upcoming events and rules and such. Then she led us to FREE FOOD. Laura (my roomie) and I stole a few free orange juice boxes so now I am stocked up.

At eight we went down to wear the Aggie Pub normally is, but this time it was our whole addington building and we played games and learned a ton of Guelph Cheers.... Don't ask me to recite them because I have forgotten them already.

So that leads me to now, it is ten o'clock and I am sitting in bed while my roommate goes to take a shower. It looks like it is going to be a good year.
